PC Wand

The PC Wand is a personal utility item given to every player character. Activate it to open a dialogue menu with access to module-specific tools and settings.

The wand is disabled in the Death area — you must resolve your death before using it.

What It Does

  • Teleport back to Wyrdood
  • Identify items in your inventory
  • Open the Gem Bank
  • Change your alignment
  • Teleport to party leader
  • Summon the Fairy Merchant (max sell price $10k)
  • Toggle armor & helmet visibility
  • Shout that you are looking for a group

Alignment

Choose change my alignment to open a 3x3 alignment chart, laid out the same way as the one in character creation — Lawful/Neutral/Chaotic across, Good/Neutral/Evil down. Your current alignment starts highlighted. Click a square to pick a new one, then choose Apply.

Any of the nine is available, there is no cost, and there is no limit on how often you can change.

Bear in mind that classes still have their own alignment requirements when you take a level. A Chaotic Evil character keeps the Paladin levels they already have, but cannot add another one until they shift back to Lawful Good.

Fairy Merchant

Choose summon the fairy merchant and Pip appears beside you, opening her shop straight away. She buys almost anything, up to 10,000 gold for any single item, and what players sell her goes back on her shelf for everyone else — so her stock is whatever the server has been offloading lately. The shelf holds the 150 most recent items; older stock is cleared out to make room.

Pip is a travelling merchant, not an adventurer, and she will not be dragged into a fight:

  • She won't answer the wand while you are in combat.
  • If anything attacks her or targets her with a spell, she leaves immediately.
  • She stays for at most 3 minutes, and goes as soon as you close her shop window.

Each player summons their own Pip, and they all share the same stock. If a party member has already called her, you can simply talk to the fairy who is already standing there instead of summoning a second one.

Looking For Group

Broadcast a server-wide shout that you want to team up, tagged with your name and level (DMs see it too). You can do this two ways:

  • Activate the PC Wand and choose the looking for a group option, or
  • Type /lfg in any chat channel.

Both send the same message, e.g. "Adric, Level 12, is looking for a group!"
